Jean resides on the sunny Gold Coast of Australia.​

 

Jean has worked in acute, post-acute rehabilitation and community settings to assess and treat many injuries and conditions. Patient populations include neurological disorders, stroke, acquired and traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, developmental delay, intellectual disability, genetic disorders, pediatrics, sensory disorders, vision/hearing impaired, musculoskeletal, orthopedics, burns, hand injuries, amputees, cardiovascular, pulmonary, dust diseases, geriatric, psycho-geriatric, vascular, oncology and palliative care.

 

Jean is on the executive committee of a local business committed to sustainability. The business is developing methodology and technology to turn waste materials that would otherwise be disposed of in landfills into renewable energy sources and soil rehabilitation, which will support local industries and create local jobs.

 

Jean’s passion is improving health education and literacy to enable individuals and groups to take action to improve their health and well-being.
